Rhona
Rhona Cunningham - Manager

Rhona's background is in training, education and community work. She has followed a varied and interesting career path before taking up Managers post in 2004. Rhona's main priorities are ensuring the service develops in response to local needs in Fife, supporting staff and management committee as well as identifying partnership and funding opportunities.

Rhona was born to be Italian and counts pizza, pasta and garlic bread as her favourite foods. Her idea of a perfect day would be a day of shopping in Glasgow followed by some great food and wine. With George Clooney as her date, of course!

Joanne
Joanne Milligan - Support Work Team Leader

Our newest Jo joined the Fife Gingerbread team in April 2009 and is the Support Work Team Leader. She was previously a Family support worker for Contact a Family, supporting parents and carers of disabled children. This role gave her in-depth knowledge of the benefits, health, education, and the impact of caring for a disabled child on the family unit. The best part of the job was actually being able to make a difference to people's lives - something she hopes to continue in her new role.

Jo's perfect day includes being pampered at a beautiful, tranquil spa while toasting her lottery win with some champagne! If she had her way, Colin Firth would be invited to join her at the spa!

Michelle Campell - Support Worker
Michelle Campbell - Support Worker (North & East Fife)

Michelle joined the Gingerbread team in January 2010. Michelle was instrumental in the success of the Buddy Project and is now sharing her knowledge as part of the Support Team. Michelle's background is ideal for working within Fife Gingerbread and we're delighted to have her as part of the team.

Michelle's favourite film is Bridget Jones' Diary as she can empathise with the big pants! Her favourite food is pasta, pasta and more pasta and her big fear is of heights!
