Administrator (Events)

Salary: £16894 (pro rata)
Hours: 16-20 per week, days/hours negotiable
Location: Leven Office (travel required)
Funded Until: Initially until 31st October 2019


Fife Gingerbread has a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and efficient administrative assistant to join their Business Support Team.

This role is predominantly an administrative role, however, you will also be required to assist the Corporate and Public Relations Co-ordinator to raise awareness of the organisation with tasks such as planning and coordinating events, approaching companies to take part and sponsor the event or donate as instructed, assist with the logistics of the event, and promote the event through social media and on our website.

Successful applicants will have a natural empathy for vulnerable families and be a strong team player, demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude. They will be self-motivated, flexible and capable of using their own initiative.
