Administrator (Finance)

Salary: £16,894 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 18 per week
Location: Leven & Lochgelly Offices
Funded Until: 14th October 2019


Fife Gingerbread has a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and efficient administrative assistant to join their Business Support Team.

This role has emphasis on areas of financial administration within the organisation with tasks such as inputting information to finance systems, recording of supplier invoices onto SAGE, apportioning costs accordingly to relevant departments, and ensuring accuracy of the highest level at all times.

Successful applicants will have a natural empathy for vulnerable families and be a strong team player, demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude. They will be self-motivated, flexible and capable of using their own initiative.
