With over 30 years of experience, Fife Gingerbread developed meaningful relationships with funders, local authorities, community organisations, and national partners — all united by a shared commitment to tackling child poverty and supporting lone parents and families in need.

Following on from our ‘Stargazing’ Strategy, we want to build on this foundation of trust and collaboration. This has led to creating our Business Development Manager post, providing sponsorship and investment opportunities to help break the poverty cycle in Fife, that could impact policy change across Scotland.

 We connect people, organisations, and opportunities to ensure that Fife Gingerbread can continue to deliver life-changing support where it’s needed most. Through strategic partnerships, funding development, and shared learning, we strengthen our ability to deliver lasting impact and influence policy at both local and national levels.
